Hi there

Sorry for not updating the website as up to date as I should have

This is because I was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma in December 2004.

Lymphoma is a cancer of the blood. I have a particularly rare type which affects my skin. I've been undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy during the last 15 months.

My only chance of survival is to have a bone marrow transplant and in December 2005 the doctors searched worldwide for a tissue type match and no match was found.

I am currently undergoing further chemotherapy and a further search for a bone marrow match will take place in the next few months.

I would like to raise awareness of the Anthony Nolan Trust, one of the UK Registers for potential blood stem cell donors. There are over a third of a million volunteers on the register and the Trust receives over 6,000 requests each year to search for donor matches.

Like many other individuals, I really need your help and by registering to become a donor you could help to save someone's life.

If you are in good health and aged between 18 and 40, you may be eligible to help.

For an information pack and further details, visit www.anthonynolan.org.uk or telephone 020 7284 1234.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please could you inform your family, friends and colleagues to spread the news, I would really, really appreciate it !!

Graham Jones
