Week 21 - vs Quatt

A bowling display pf 4-49 from Phil against Quatt 1st XI gets him the award this week

Week 20 - vs Broseley

A fine bowling display of 6 for 25 from Wayne saw to the demise of Broseley 2nd XI allowing our batsmen to coast to the target required

Week 19 - vs Shelton

Another close one this week with great performances from J Wigley 73no, M Serplet 61 and D Bullock 49no to get our batting total to 199-1.

However in a reduced overs match due to weather it would always be hard tobowl out the opposition who were batting second but with a spell of 6-36 from Garry Williams we managed to do this with 2 overs to spare - so Garry gets this week's performance

Week 18 - vs Market Drayton

With an all round performance that saw him score 50 and then take 4-10 against Mkt Drayton 1st XI, this week's award goes to Mal Serplet

Week 17 - vs Newtown

Rain got the better of both matches this week, so no outstanding performance this week

Week 16 - vs Oswestry

Several cancdidates this week, Mal Serplet for his 98no, Matt Swift for getting his highest score for Perkins of 42 but it goes to Dave Burnside for scoring his first runs for Perkins after several attempts and ending with 2 not out - Well done Dave

51 against Wem 1st XI gets Steve this weeks award

Week 14 - vs Albrighton

For the second week running our Skipper picks up the Player of the Week for a fine performance against Albrighton 1st XI where he scored 102no and saw us through to victory

Week 13 - vs Madeley

Mal Serplet picks up the Player of the Week for his 77no against Madeley 1st XI

Week 12 - vs Welshpool

Player of the week goes to Tom Barmer for his score of 94 vs Welshpool 2nd XI

Week 11 - vs Ludlow

Close one this week... Darren Bullock for a fine display and gaining his highest 1st XI score of 76no against Ludlow this week, but this weeks award goes to Jason Harris who ripped the heart out of Ludlow 2nd XI batting line up with his legspin and ended up with figures of 5-9

Congratulations to Simon Hoyle who scored his highest score for the 2nd XI of 61 against Quatt this week

Closeley contested this week between Shane Gwilt (4-35) however Garry Williams with figures of 3-8 gets the Player of the week

Congratulations to youngster Jamie Wear who at 16 cracked his maiden half century for Perkins 1st XI and went onto score 77no and rescued a losing draw
