scrambled into two finals, the Salop Caravan of Love Cup and the Chronicle Knockout. The Sunday side are in the top two of the Border BTJ Sunday league having only lost one game this season. On Sunday 6th August 2000 a presidents XI will take on the current Perkins first team in our 50th Anniversary game. Yes that’s right Perkins Cricket Club has been around for 50 years, some would say it feels like some us have been around the club for that long !!!! And last but by no means least John “Goat” Leah has played his last Saturday game for us because he’s signed for newtown. Good Luck John |
